Orange Flower Blossom and Petitgrain toner for dry skin.

The fresh, woody smell of petitgrain in the believer toner is complemented by sweet, delicate scent of neroli. It suited especially great for dry and sensitive skin.

Ingerdients in Orange Flower Blossom and Petitgrain believer toner.

1 tbsp (10ml) high proof vodka, 2 drops neroli, 2 drops petitgrain, 2 drops chamonile, 2 drops palmarosa, 2 tbsp (25ml) witch hazel, 1 cup (250ml) linden flower water.

Prepartion of Orange Flower Blossom and Petitgrain believer toner.

1. Pour the high proof vodka into a clean, dry glass bottle large enough to hold at least 11 oz (300ml) of liquid. You can use a spray bottle to easily apply the toner.
2. Add the essential oils to the vodka and shake vigorously to dissolve the oils.
3. Add the witch hazel and shake well, followed by the linden flower water. Shake the bottle until all the ingredients have blended together well.
4. The believer toner is ready to use. However, the essential oils will separate slightly over time, so shake the bottle just before using each time.

Fresh and Fruity toner for oily skin.
